When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and username. Your resume data is stored securely in our database. Guest users' resume data is stored only in their browser's local storage.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the CVGraduate service — building resumes, generating PDFs, and running AI mock interviews. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

AI Mock Interviews

When you use our AI mock interview feature, your responses are processed by our AI systems to generate feedback and scoring. Interview data is not used to train AI models. You can delete your interview history at any time from your dashboard.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and language preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. We regularly update our security practices to protect your information.

Your Rights

You can export, update, or delete your data at any time. To delete your account entirely, go to Dashboard > Settings > Danger Zone. For any data-related requests, contact us at support@cvgraduate.com.
