Service Description

CVGraduate provides a free CV builder and AI-powered mock interview platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all resume content you create. CVGraduate does not claim any rights to your personal data or resume content. You may export and delete your data at any time.

AI Features

Our AI mock interview feature uses third-party AI models to generate interview questions and feedback. AI responses are for practice purposes only and should not be considered professional career advice. Usage limits may apply based on your account tier.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to bypass usage limits, scraping or automated access, uploading malicious content, or using the service for any illegal purpose.

Limitation of Liability

CVGraduate is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to: loss of data, inaccurate AI feedback, or service interruptions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
